I am looking for Jack Watkins about the age of 65 to 75 years old that lived in the State of California in the 1960's. He was once a radio operator for the Air Force at a Air Force base just outside of Las Cruces, New Mexico. This base has been closed since the late 1960's. This is a long lost family member that has just recently been revealed as a distant relative.
