I posted a message in April , I have found more information on my Watton family, so I have new clues to add to my research.
Thomas John Watton b. 11 Feb 1854, Harrison Co,WV or poss. Doddridge Co.,WV. He married Rebecca Hayhurst on 13 Jul 1876,Harrison Co.WV. (Watton was spelled Walton for the marriage) . Thomas's father was Zachriah Watton and mother was Elizah Nutter.

John Edwin Peters - Crmolin, Bulguria

Seeking information on my grandfater John Edwin Peters (Petes, someone has even suggested LaPierre)). b: June 7, 1987. Our family has always believed that our grandfather was born in Canada. We think his parents were George Peters (France), and Donna Jones (England). I recently found his military records in Canada and it lists his birthplace as Crmolin, Bulguria. This is a total surprise to the family, but then again not much was known about him by his family. Would anyone have any knowledge of him or his family?? We have no idea of when he would have gone to Canada. Possibly his parents were traveling and he was born during a trip. Thanks in advance for any information you may be able to pass on !!!!

Searching for records and parents of Henry Watton b. abt 1809 in Lechfield, Staffordshire, England. He married Mary Hill (b. abt 1811 Nottinghamshire, Nottingham, England). Children included Alphred, Emma, William, Henry Jr., Eliza, Jane, Albert, harriet, Arthur and Edwin.
Wife Mary Hill's mother is Elizabeth. I need Henry's parents and Mary Hill's father and mother's maiden name.

I am looking for information on a William Watton, born September 19, 1895, and died in March of 1967. He was married to Hilda (Ames). Hilda was a sister to my Grandfather, and I am trying to locate information on her. I'm not even sure her last name was Ames. They had a daughter named Nancy Watton.

I stayed at their home during the time of my Grandmother's illness. Nancy would be in her 60's now. I do not know her married name. William and Hilda are both dead, but I am trying to find Nancy Watton to get information on my Aunt Hilda.

My GGG GF James WATTON was born 1817 probably in Kinson, Dorset and married an Anna BARNES also believed to be from Kinson. They had a son Ethelbert born 1853 in Kinson (I have the birth cert). I cannot trace a marriage in BMD indexes, nor find them in a digital copy of the 1851 census for which I do not have a printed index. Grateful for a lead.
