MRS. ANNA WAVERKA - Mrs. Anna Waverka, Building 6-F, Apartment 33, Little League Boulevard, Lincoln Heights section of Taylor, died Saturday night after an illness. She was the widow of Joseph Waverka, who died in 1926.

Born in Austria-Hungary, she came to the country 58 years ago. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Talafous. She received her education in Austria. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Taylor.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Agnes Mando, Taylor; Mrs. Mary Lewandowski, Scranton, and Mrs. Ann Gollon, Paterson, N.J.; six sons, Joseph and William, Boundbrook, N.J.; Frank, and George, Scranton; John, South Plainsfield, N.J., and Staff Sgt. Lewis, serving with the Army in Vietnam; 19 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Veronica Zachar, Elizabethtown, N.J.; a brother, Karol, Jersey City, N.J., and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. from the Zabielski Funeral Home, 941 S. Main Ave., with Mass at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Rite Church, Taylor.

Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Taylor. Viewing tonight after 7 and thereafter 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.
