My Father's name was Simon Warcholik (his signature on the PCIRO Certificate for Immigration to Canada although the typed form and his signature after this has changed spelling to Semen Warcholyk which he had used since). The date on this same form for his Canadian Immigrant Visa is Mar 23 1949.
His place of birth was 04.05.1922, Rychwald, Galzizien, Poland. He was of Ukrainian origin.
