searching for Richard Weaver, son of James T. and Frances Weaver, parents died in Palatka, Fla., mother in 1996 and father in 2001, father once lived in Oriskany Falls, NY. Richard, I believe, had a sister, do not remember name. Father, James [Jim} was once a baseball scout. Richard's father is my uncle! James had a brother, Paul and two sisters, Dorothy and Geraldine.
