I am the daughter of M. Alyce Wedding, whose parents were Bessie Hopper Wedding and Forest Young Wedding (married in Ava, Missouri). Forest was the son of Martha Alice Mason and John Francis Wedding from Fordsville, Kentucky. I understand that there were five Wedding brothers who immigrated from the Wedding District in Germany, which was northwest of Berlin. Their names were Joseph, Nicholas, Alexander, Phillip and John.
