My parents divorced when I was two and I never saw my biological mother or her family since. Her name is Sheila Elaine Wegner from Maryland. She has a total of four children that I know of her oldest is around 30 and last known residence to me is Florida with her father. She has a son Jeffrey Evans age 28 and me, Jeannine Evans age 26. I know that she had child after me. His given name at birth was Shaun Evans (he was in foster care with my older brother). I do not know where Shaun is or if he even has the same name.
