I've just seen an obit concerning Walter E. Wehr of Pawtucket, Cumberland, Rhode Island, who died March 9, 2007 at the age of 97.
His father was Ern(e)st Otto Wehr, born 1885 in Hohendodeleben, Germany. His mother Martha neé Kunze was a sister to my great-grandmother. With Walter they emigrated to the USA in 1910.Other members of the family followed.
From the obit I learned that Walter E. Wehr left a son, Nelson D. Sheppard of Cumberland, Rhode Island, a sister Margaret Panek of Seekonk, Mass., five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
If anyone knows what I can do to get in contact to Ernst and Walters descendants please let me know. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you very much in advance.
