I am looking for ancestry of Catharina and Simon Wehr in Germany. I have extensive information on therr descendants in the US and on Simon's arrival in the US in 1740 on the ship Loyal Judith. I have several references that say he was born about 1720 in Heidelberg Germany but I have nothing from Germany. I have searched records in Heidelberg Germany but the only Simon I was able to locate was born in 1707 so is probably the wrong Simon
