I have a medicine bottle with the name Powers and Weightman on the label. The address on the bottle is CHattanooga Tn. I was told that my great grandfather's brother (My great grandfather is George William Weightman who was a doctor from Yorkshire England). I was told the Powers and Weightman are the ones that had the patent on the Quinine that was in that bottle. My great grandfather signed documents as Dr. Weightman. My grandfather told me about him. and said he had brother's that came from England with him. As I remember there were two brothers. I do not know their name.
