I'm looking for information regarding James Welch, who was born in 1814 in New York, and died in 1898 in Grass Lake, Michigan. He was married to Susan Taylor (marriage date and location not known), and had three children that I know of: Alpheus A, John C, and Mary. I'm at a standstill, and can't find a single thing on any his parents or any siblings he may have had. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
