I'm looking for Albert D. Weldy born about Feb 1897 in Indiana. He married Juanita Johnson 15 Jan 1900 in Denison Texas. Albert, on census records, shows that his father is A Y Weldy and mother is Isabel. I found variations of Welday. Records show that they were butchers and I have a picture of the Weldy family circa 1906 in Chicago. If any of this rings a bell or you know of the Weldys from Indiana, please let me know. A Y Weldy born about 1842 Isabel Unknown born about 1842.
I’ve tried to get birth records but Indiana web site says they don’t go back that far. Marriage record for Albert D. doesn’t list further parental information. Don’t know where he died… He and “Nita Weldy” divorced sometime prior to the 1930 census. Any help is appreciated.
