James Brunk's sister was Matilda Brunk who married Samuel D. Wells. They were married in KY, and are buried in the Dunnville Cemetery in Davis County, IA, a few miles north of Bloomfield. I didn't realize James was married a second time. His first wife Martha Wells, was a midwife in Davis County. Four Brunk siblings married four Wells siblings! I'm glad to get to hear from another Brunk descendant!!! Marilyn H.
