Looking for a Robert Wellwood. Not sure of his age although I'm guessing anywhere in his forties. Lived in the Adult Occupational Center in Edgar, Ontario just 20 minutes north of Barrie. Rumored to have moved to Oshawa and married with children. I don't know their names. I have a few leads from Canada 411 but do not wish to call them until I know which one is the one I am looking for. He's my father and I want to be sure.
