I don't know if this is your Bailey Ethan Gause as the spouse is different, but its very possible that Bailey may have married more than once. Also 5 tombstones appear in the picture but only 2 are identified.

Do you have any additional information on Elberta (birth, death, etc)? Would a copy of your moms obituary mention Elberta?
