Hello!
My mother's name is Cyndia Ann Breland. She was taken from the hospital, Ms Naomi Breland worked at in July of 1940. Ms. Breland adopted her into the home of her mother and father Ruby and Murray Breland. It had been said that Ms Cyndia could be a child of Mrs Ruby's brother. A Westmoreland.
Ms. Cyndia does resemble a photo she has of Mrs.Ruby 's mother Ms. Strahan. If you have any information about who Ms Cyndias natural parents are please contact me. Peace to you all, Lois Burak
