I am looking for any information on Ann or Angeline Wybourne(Weiburn,Weyburn) In an 1850 census she was living with the Teal family in Greene county, NYS and with Sarah Jane who would be her daughter. I have no information if she had been married or if Weyburn is her maiden name. She was born around 1823 or that is what is on her gravemarker. She only had one daughter, Sarah Jane. She married William Brandow who died in 1850 and later married William Cross. Her grave marker gives her name as Anna M Cross. Any information would be appresciated.

I have not found many connections like his brother/sisters/relatives...in Ireland other than my great great grandfather hugh weyburn(e) (born early 1800s) and wife ellen mack and lived near Hacketstown, Wicklow.

Have you made any further connections to any Weyburn{e}'s in Wicklow Co Ireland ??

Mike Weyburne (mike_weyburne@hotmail.com)

I am looking for parents and siblings of Elizabeth Weyburn, born Aug. 25, 1785 and died June 16, 1865. She is buried at Enfield Center, Tompkins Co. N.Y.
Elizabeth married Samuel Ingersoll March 15, 1804 and had twelve children. Her son Henry Mortimer b. nov. 18, 1827 is my ancestor.
In the 1810 U.S. census - N.Y. - Seneca - Ulysses, Samuel Ingersoll is listed on the same page as a George Weyburn and a Samuel Weyburn.
If you think Elizabeth is related to your Weyburn's please contact me, Thank you, Linda

I am seeking any information available for my g.Grandfather, John Kay Weyburn, b. March 1846, Ohio; m.12/24/1884 San Francisco; d. 12/29/1900 San Francisco. He was married to Arabine Elizabeth Dodge for whom I have much good data. I have no ancestry for John. They had at least two children in San Francisco; Florence Marion Weryburn and Charles William Weyburn. My search for the few Weyburns available on the net leads me to believe that there may be a link back to New England for his ancestry.

Hi, do your Weyburnes have any connection with Co. Wicklow?
I am decended from a Margaret Weybourne, who was from a welathy family, but she eloped and married a very handsome farmer, James Lawrence, from Moyne, Wicklow in around 1810. He died leaving her with four young children, and as she had eloped, her family had disowned her, and offerred her no help with the children. She was from Knockree or Knockray House, Rathdrum.
Unfortunatly I have been unable to find any trace of this family, or surname in that area. I was wondering if you could be of any help?

Hi Dan

I see you are from Canada and connected to the Weyburn family. My Husband's great grandfather Bryan Beranard (sometimes stated Bernard Bryan) Weyburne came to Christchurch New Zealand in 1859 from Ireland. We have a letter from the 1880's which indicates that he had a sister who settled in Canada who he had lost contact with. Just wandering if you are connected.

Bryan's parents were Charles Weyb(o)urn(e) and Anne Duff.
Bryan states Navan Co Meath as his place of bitth, and his father appears in Griffiths Valuations as having a couple of townland connections in Co Louth and Co Meath.

Regards
Athena
I do believe that the picture you have of the
middle aged lady and 2 teenage daughters is the
mother of Edward Milton Weyburn and his real
mother who's only name I can find so far is
Kuttziah. That is a US Army uniform as he was
stationed at Fort Barrankus here in Pensacola.
I'm married to the youngest of the Weyburn boys.
Bertha Cherry's baby brother. I've included
my e-mail address if you'd like to contact me.
I'll be happy to give you any other info I have.
With 16 children in the family, it gets a wee
bit complicated.

I am looking for the same info. Edward and Beatrice are my
great great grandparents. I thought his middle name was Everett.
I have a little info that I can share, but not much. I am the great-
granddaughter of Bertha Lee Weyburn (Cherry). Saw some of them at
the reunion last year.
