I'm trying to find information about Daniel Whelan born in 1868 in Ireland to Patrick Whalen/Whelan and Mary Leary. I have one record referring to Daniel and that is the 1870 census. Of interest is the fact that his older brother James (born in 1866) was born in London, England. I have Patrick's 1880 census but it has Hannah being born in 1868 (missing in the 1870 census) and no Daniel. Can anyone help me with this mystery of Daniel Whalen/Whelan?
