Whitbred or Whitebread

My great-grandmothers maiden name was either Whitebred or Whitebread, born in Kentucky in the year 1848. The census shows her in (1888)Alturas County Co. Idaho. This is in Woodcreek and they , her and her Husband lived in Bellevue, Idaho. He was James A. Lee, and died in Bellevue, Idaho,, We are unable to find her death records, or where she died. We also don't know anything about her forebearers.. Any information would be appreciated. It is wonderful to hear about more Whitbreds and I appreciate the letters I have read.

Not related, I am doing some local research at the cemetery.
Bellevue Cemetery (I have not found James or Almira yet) but have found 4 of their children:
James F. died May 16, 1884 age 5y, 6m, 26d (on 1880 census)
Robert E. died May 3, 1884 age 2m, 4d
Maggie O. died Dec 30, 1882 age 10m
Maude E. died Dec 27, 1880, age 2m, 8d

Census records for James and Almira indicate they had 10 children, 4 were living.
