We are cousins! (I'm not sure at what level). I am W. Patrick Fogarty from Racine, WI. My great-great grandparents are also Richard Thomas Fogarty and Bridget Agnes Ryan Fogarty. My great grandfather was the brother of Julia White; his name was William Michael Fogarty, who married Mary Catherine McAvoy. I received a booklet at a Fogarty Family Reunion held in Savannah GA in 1978 that had some Fogarty family trees, and includes pictures. I could send copies to you if you give me an address.
