Hazel Lee Whiteaker

I am looking for any information on Hazel Whiteaker born 1907.

Her parents were Frank Whiteaker and Effie(?) Deskins.

She was married to my grandfater Raymond Harmeyer and had two children, James and Jackie. She was married previously, I believe to a Robinson and also to a Dickinson, not too sure on these. My father knows he had 3 half sisters, but doesnt know their names, just that they were Hazel's daughters from previous marriages.

If anyone has any information on Hazel, her marriages prior to Raymond Harmeyer, or her daughters, please let me know.

My father, Raymond Theodore Whiteaker, and my Grandfather, Jacob Shuman Whiteaker are related to many of the names you list. I understand my Grandfather was named after Catherine Shuman. My Grandfather was born Nov 3, 1876. I think he was Catherine's son and Shuman was her maiden name. However, I'm not sure about that. All I know is that most of the names you list are related to my Grandfather. I once checked his family tree as far back as 1755, and I remember those names but the documents were lost. My Grandfather was from Racine, Wis. and moved to Kansas City, Mo. after marrying Icy Morrow and the birth of my father. My father was born in Racine on Dec 25, 1912. If you have any information to kind of clarify some of this please email me. Thanks

Elizabeth died on March 6, 1917 and is buried in Kearney Cemetery in Kearney, Buffalo County, NE.

Any information would be greatly appreciated! I can't seem to find any record, although there is an Alphia Whiteaker (born September 3, 1813) in the same cemetery. Alphia could be her mother?

Replying to an old post. Hope someone still interested and working on this line. In 1870 Jackson Co Tn census William 74 & Rhoda 66 are in HH of John Whitaker 26. Sarah 18; Marcus 43; Mary 23; M??? 5/12; and Samuel Branch 13 are also in this HH. Samuel is my gggrandfather, trying to find his connection with any of these Whitaker's.
On 1860 Jackson Co Tn census William & Rhoda Whitker with Mark, George, & Polley are in HH of Andrew & Martha Jackson and their children Manerva & Benjamin. In 1874 Samuel Branch married Manerva Jackson. Andrew Jackson's mother was Sarah/Sally Jackson, found on 1850 census. Martha Jackson's maiden name was Hawkins d/o Nelson Hawkins. My brick wall is Samuel Branch, 1870 census is earliest reference to a Branch in Jackson Co Tn I've found so far. Does anyone know of a William & Rhoda daughter married to a Branch?
Thanks
Eddie

My research leads me to believe that Giles was married twice first to Mary Ann Rice with whom he had the following children Joseph, Rice W, and John. He then remarried a Nancy, last name unknown and had the following children: Clayborne, Thrsey, Rebecah, Milly and Candance. Further research indicates that Giles was the son of James Whiteaker and Prudence Giles. I hope this is of some help to you.

I noticed that you mentioned a Jacob Whiteaker in your information. I am researching my fiance's ancestry and have linked Jacob S. Whiteaker to them. My fiance is Terry Whiteaker. His father was LaVerne Whiteaker. His grandfather was Andrew Whiteaker. His great grandfather was Wilson Whiteaker and I believe that his great great grandfather was Jacob S. Whiteaker. Jacob was born Aug 7, 1816 and died April 5, 1891. I believe he was born in Indiana (possibly Mew Haven but not sure if spelled or pronounced correctly).
His wife was listed as Gertrude. I have a little more information but want to be sure this is of interest to you and if you think this may be the same Jacob Whiteaker.
Hello,
We have traced Gov John D Whiteaker to be a relative of my Mom's, Genevieve Jarvis (married name Goodwin). He was
her Great Grandfather as we can tell. I have a page of info for her relatives listed here. I think you can find it by searching for Jarvis, under my name. I put the page here a long time ago so do not remember how to find things right yet. Just beginning to search again after a year and a half. I would like to see your web page if you don't mind. They had seven children Cye Oakly, Celia Leota, Jess Thomas, George Rayman, Henry Otto, James Rosco(twins) Luther Corbin. Do you have a Myrtel, Minnie,Emma, Emma, Oakley, Winfred, and Fay in your family? Do you have the story of the Barron written by Logan Ewell that appeared in the London Ky. paper? Do you know how Henry died and why? If you want I'll send you some more information I have. Thank you Dona

Probably Putnam Co. # 2 Delila ? b.1804 probably Tn. The confusing part is the children's birthdates in conjunction with the other dates. Ana Sarah b.1810 Madison, AL (mother--Vina); Nathaniel b.1813 Jackson,AL
(mother-Delila) ;James Madison b.1821 TN (mother- Vina); Thomas Jefferson b.1823 TN ( mother- Vina);Hannah b.1824 (mother-Vina);
Parmelia b.1826 TN (mother-Vina) and Minerva b. 1851 (mother-Delila)
I think Minerva was born in Overton Co,TN .They later moved to Madison, Al.(1860 Census ). They lived in Omaha, NE, until she died at about 80+ years of age.
Her sister is my mother. She was the youngest child born to the family. She is still living.
