Adam Whitehead married Susannah Miller, daughter of David Miller and wife unknown. They were married on Feb 171825 in Montgomery County, Ohio. After 1830, they moved with the Miller/Whitehead group to Elkhart County, Indiana. David Miller, her father, died in 1851 and Adam and Susan Miller Whitehead are clearly stated in his estate papers, Susan being his daughter. Her birth is clear in the census and also on her gravestone as (June 5th) 1802. David Miller was married in 1805 to Catherine Schaeffer Gephart, a widow with children. Apparently, he too was a widower with a child.

Can anyone tell me who Susannah's mother, the wife of David Miller, was?
