Surnames: Whiteley, Washington
I'm trying to find birth details and parentage of a Thedocia Whiteley born c1798 in either Mellor, Derbyshire or in Cheshire (census returns vary!). She married a Silas Washington in 1820 at the Wesleyan Methodist, Bullock Smithy, Cheshire, England but I do not have the exact date.
