Is it possible to find this book anywhere anymore? Is the author Dorris E. Estes still active on these genealogy sites?
My g-g-g-grandfather was George Washington Whiteley b. 1829 AL, son of Samuel W. Whiteley and Lucy Maynard. My g-g-g-grandmother's name was Caroline Jones b. abt. 1831 TN. I've concluded that a large group left White/Warren County, TN in about 1832 and traveled to NW Arkansas, where they settled in and around Newton and Carroll counties. I know extensive research has been done by Ms. Estes and others on the Whiteleys, but I cannot find a thing on Caroline Jones.

Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatkly appreciated.
