My husbands mother, Sharyn Adelle was adopted at birth by Wesley and Vernal Todd.
Sharyn was born November 25, 1945 at Mercy hospital in San Diego, CA.
Her birth mother was Gloria Lee Wittman (maiden name)she was born August 10,1925. She was born on a ship ( from Australia)in the Pacific ocean.
Seattle, Washington was the first port and is given as her birthplace.
Her parents were Xavier or Xanier Weiss Wittman. He was born in Switzerland about 1823, mostly of French extraction.
he married Pauline ? Wittman. born in Australia,1894 died November 28,1954.
They had 6 children. Eugene,August,June,Joy, Peggy, Gloria Lee.
Gloria Lee had 5 children (as of 4/28/1956)
1. Diane Barkus (3/26/1943)
2. Sharyn Adelle (11/25/1945)
3. Linda Lee Petit (1/1949)
4. Bonnie Vinyard (11/1952)

Sharyn Adelle's father was Tony Bagarus. A former professional football player (Rams and Notre Dame)He was divorced and had 1 daughter. He lived in La Jolla,Ca and worked in Sporting Goods as last known. He was said to have had family in Indiania.
He was said to be Hungarian. He also was a Catholic.
