I am looking for info on Elizabeth Ralls b. Feb 2, 1849 AR, the daughter of Nathaniel Ralls
and Mary Garrett. Elizabeth was apparently married at least four times by 1901. I believe
she first married a man by the name of White with whom she had a son named Jackson W. White
b. 1878 AR. She second married John Whitsel with whom she had three children, Emma b. Mar
1882 TX, John R. b. Apr 1884 TX and Esther Estell b. Jun 23, 1886 TX. Elizabeth must have
married again by the 1900 census for Howard Co., AR, as she appears as Elizabeth Willett
and is listed as head of household and her four children are living with her. The following
year in 1901, Elizabeth married a fourth time to Thomas Jefferson Ellis. He left Arksansas
in 1902 and Elizabeth obtained a divorce from the court in 1904.

Any info on this family would be appreciated. Elizabeth's daughter Esther Estell Whitsel
who married Eugene Stanfield Burgess b. Feb 17, 1882 AR is my great grandmother. Eugene
and Esther appear in the 1910 census for Howard Co., AR and by the 1920 census they are
living in McCurtain Co., OK. In 1940, Eugene and Esther and several of their grown children
moved to CA, eventually settling in Mendocino Co., CA.
