He was born to Ishmal and Dicie Whittaker along with his brothers and sisters: Dean, Forest, Paul, Mary, Glenna, Wilma. The earliest Whittaker that I can recall in my family is Cleveland. My family has been associated with the Pauley's(SP?). My father came to Georgia/Alabama from W.V.
