Hi, what relation are you to Frances victoria Whittier? I am the daughter of Rosamond Claria Whitsell, dau of Rose Nelle Otis, dau of Frances Victoria Whittier Otis. My mother is still living - will be 90 this year, and I would love to give some new info on her family lines.. she is one of the main reason that I got into this family search project.
