I have an aunt that you might want to try to contact that may be able to help you more. Her name is Odessa Scott Whye or even my aunt Audrey Whye. They know pretty much all of the relatives. It may have even been one of their sisters that is your mother. My father has 6 brothers and 7 sisters in Baltimore. I know all of my aunts children (I think).
