Have info on the Wickes Family who descend from Thomas Weeks who came to America from Devonshire England with brothers George and Francis Weeks. Thomas changed his name to Wickes to avoid confusion with families nearby. My direct descent is: Thomas, Thomas, Joseph, Daniel, brothers Zophar and Silas, to David Zophar Wickes, all in NY state.
