I am looking for a birth record for Seth Wilcox, according to his death cert. he was born in NY 4 Aug 1813 and died 7 Aug 1903 in MI. His death cert says his mothers maiden name was "Southard" no first names for his parents, just both born in NY.

If someone could do a record search for "Wilcox" m. "Southard" before 1813 NY or find a birth record for Seth I would appreciate any help at this point.
