Wondering if anybody on the board/list might be connected to the African American Wilhite's of Morgan Co., Alabama or be a descendant of the slave owning Wilhite's of Morgan Co. In doing some research on my wife's family, I recently discovered that she descends from an Ann Wilhite (African American) who was from Alabama and born about 1841-1847. Wondering if anybody might have any helpful info/records on these families. Thanks.
