DeWitt Clinton Willbern was a Dep. Sheriff in Kinney Co, TX, died in the line of duty on 29 May 1948. He is connected to my mother's Willbern family in Llano Co, TX. His parents were Ferdinand Columbus Willbern and Sarah Adeline Kerr.
