Hi, Kathleen - intrigued by the Joseph and Mary Bingham Willey. Do you have any dates, or any information on their origin ? My gggg-father was William Willey b1789, a cutler, who married Martha Bingham b1784 in Sheffield, Yorkshire (9 Jan 1814). We have identified all their children, though so far have found no evidence of emigration. Eldest son Charles (1814) and third son Henry (1817) both moved to Liverpool in the mid 19thC. We haven't yet traced what happened to all of their children though quite possible that one or more of them sailed to America. Second son John (1815) died at age 17. Fourth son Thomas (1818) stayed in Sheffield. Fifth son and my ggg-father William moved to London in the 1840s. I have a lot more detailed info to share if you think there might be a connection.
