Ella Virginia Willows, 81, of San Diego died Feb. 2. She was born in San Diego and was a nurse for Balboa Naval Hospital.
Survivors include her daughters, Susan Condra of San Diego and Janis Barnes of Buffalo, N.Y.; sons, Matthew and Walter Willows of San Diego; sister, Louise Brown of Santee; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
