MRS.LAURA WIMER JONES
Mrs. Laura WIMER JONES, aged 76, wife of Jesse JONES, died at the family residence, Slippery Rock R.D. 2, at 4:40 o'clock Saturday afternoon following a four months' illness.
Mrs. Jones was born in Worth township, Butler county, daughter of the late Peter and Ellen Fisher WIMER. She had been married 57 years.
Surviving are her husband; two sons, LeRoy and Floyd C. Jones of Slippery Rock R.D. 2; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Graham of New Kensington, and seven brothers, William, Charles, Harry, Ford, James, Horace and Purvis WIMER, all of Butler county.
She was a member of the Zion Baptist church.
Funeral services will be held from the Zion Baptist church at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Carl JONES, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
