Francis was the son of Isaac Winans and was born about 1790 in New Jersey. He died in McDade TX. Married Nancy Woofter in Harrison County WV in 1814. I believe they had 3 children before their divorce. He Remarried Julia Ann Whittaker. I would like to know their childrens names. Also his birth date and location.
