I am trying to find anyone who may know who my GreatGrandfather was. My grandfather was William E. Locklair
born in 1911. He father died shortly after his birth. I know His mother Iona remarried around 1922 to a Doss Windham. The 1930 Census for Florence showes that William was living with a Willie and Nannie Windham as a border. The 1920 census for Darlington show Iona Mims and William living with Willie and Nannie Windham as borders. I It showes Iona as widowed but I dont know why they list her as a Mims and not a Locklalir. I can find no further information with out knowing my G.Grandfathers first name or Iona Mims family. If there is any one that can help I would be appreciated.
