Rubin Windham son of Peter Windham?

On the 1860 Ga census, Rachel Windham, wife of Peter Windham is living next door to Peters son James & family. On this census she is already listed as being insane and is not the Head of Household; instead a 9 1/2 yr old boy named RUBIN Windham is listed. IS this a son of Peter and Rachel that we have all missed? And what happened to him? I dont find him on any census afterwards.
