Hill Winfrey
I am looking for information concerning the death of Hill Winfrey (ca 1770-1814). He resided in Buckingham County, Va but served in the militia during the War of 1812. I have found one reference to his death being at Fort Norfolk, Va in July of 1814. That reference was on Ancestry.com and I have not been able to find an actual record or cause of death. Any help would be appreciated.
