Interesting info:

•There had been no previous marriages for either of them
•Application was witnessed by Mary M. Winner and Bertha Conover who knew her for 20 and 10 years respectively.
•Present at his death were Mark Fritsch, Sr., Samuel Winner, Arthur Winner and family.
•Mark Fritsch’s affidavit says he knew him for 35 years (at the time of deposition—June 5, 1897 he was 44)
•Power of attorney signed by Arthur H. Winner [son], Mark A. Fritsch [son-in-law] and Sarah A. Winner [wife]
•Deposition from James Barr, age 77 of Camden—had known them for 50 years. Lived in the same neighborhood, Marlton, Evesham Township, Burlington County, NJ
•Mary Banford also deposed that she knew them for 53 years, also deposing that he knew them for many years was Joseph M. Kaighn
•They lived in Camden till 1876, then Trenton. At the time of her first application (March 21, 1895) she lived at Smith Landing, Pleasantville, Atlantic County, NJ
