Hello Texas and Oregon/Washington folks. Last evening I was looking for Winifords/winnifords and ran across interesting information about the War of 1812. Seems Norval, George and David (b. 1794) all served during the war. Noval was a private in South's 5th mounted regiment Kentucky, George was lieutenant in a Virginia Artillery unit and David was also in Virginia Artillery as a private.
