Hi Joan, First of all, please forgive my lateness in responding, I'm just too slow, too tired, and too busy, otherwise just too full of excuses! I recall my mother and dad speaking of John Alfred. I too, would love to involve myself in the Wipff line, discover relatives as well as discover the lineage. Long ago, some one from the Wipff line sent me a wonderful booklet of the family tree, going back to Alsace. I was so excited and sent it to my oldest brother who has misplaced it. He has always had a pointed head and I should have known better than to send it to him, that he would read it and toss it. Anyway, do you know of any papers or booklets I could purchase? One of my other brothers and I took a trip to Oklahoma last month to visit our mothers home town and to place some ashes at out grandparents grave. This particular brother (name is Charles James, but goes by Jim) is going to Devine in the future to visit our grandfather and grandmothers grave there. Maybe if I can arange it through work I will go too. What information would you like? Do you know my cousins Mike and LaNell? Thanks so much for responding. This day and age, it ,means alot to me. . My address is 4847 So Anaheim Ct Aurora CO 80015 Judy
