I am seeking information about Harvey Wishart who served as Captain in the 208th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, Company H (Civil War). Harvey was born (June 20, 1838) and died (April 3, 1912)in Fulton County Pennsylvania. Harvey was married to Rachel Rebecca Piper.
