Nichole was close in her statement. I am her brother, Frederick Alfred Wixon IV. My father is the III, who is currently a native of Montgomery, AL. His father Frederick the II also died in Montgomery, AL. Our great Grandfather, Frederick the first was divorced early in his life. He had children in his first family that moved to the Eastern parts of Pennsylvania and had their last name spelled as Wixson. The second part of his family adapted the name Wixon and began the branch that lives in the southern part of the states; Alabama, and Florida. The Eastern PA. Wixons are still there and we see them every few years for family outings. Hopefully the split in the family tree will help make tracing the lineage easier.
