My great-grandfather MARTIN Wojciechowski, shoemaker by profession, was born in Samotschin on Nov 6, 1859 to unmarried ANTONIA Wojciechowski. He moved around and ended up in Buehne/Bühne, East Westphalia, Germany where he got married in 1885.
