Surnames: Winnaott Pellow Trebilcock Algar Lagar Honey Pope
Henrietta Winnacott was born on Sept. 19, 1890 in St. Austell Cornwall England.
She had a sister. It's not known if there were other children.
It has been said her parents were not married.
At a young age she was given away to a family with the surname Pellow. She had a foster sister named Rosa.
Pictures of girls in this family indicate they were albino.
Henrietta's natural sister was given to another family.
A lady who was very kind to her was known only as Grandma Honey.
Henrietta married Alfred J. Trebilcock July 4 1914, in St. Austell.
They and one child immigrated to the US in 1920.
Does anyone have a little girl who was given to the Pellow's in their family tree? We know little about my Grandmother's biological family.
Henrietta's sister in law, lived in Cornwall all her life, her name was Bessie Trebilcock Algar.
Another name in the mix is Lagar.
Henrietta's Mother in Law's maiden name was Pope.
