I am seeking death info for DANIEL SAXTON WOODRUFF'S mother, SARAH J. BROWN, b.c. 1855 Hardin Co., KY, d/o Elijah. Sarah md c 1868 PHILIP McHENRY WOODRUFF (her 1st cousin, aka Philip McWoodruff).

Sarah and Philip were still in KY 1880, but moved to Oran, Scott, MO, before 24 Jul 1887, when a daughter, Mary Margeret md. James I. Petty, her father, Philip giving consent. Sarah may have d before 1900 (or perhaps before the move to MO), as her son, Daniel Saxton, is living with his uncle Andrew, Philip's brother, in 1900 in Sylvania, Scott, MO.

The elusive Philip d. 5 Mar 1907 in Fort Smith, AR. There is no mention of any family in his death notice or death record (listed as Mark Woodruff). Funeral was paid for by others.
