I am trying to find information on a Patrick WOODS, who died before 1896. I know that he had a son called John WOODS (1872 - 1910) who married a Caroline CROSS. John WOODS was living as a lodger in Dale street, Merseyside on the 1891 census aged 19. However I can not find any mention of his father Patrick WOODS on any census, which is strange. I wondered if this related to your family research at all or if you knew anything?
