I have found a copy of discharge papers from the Civil War regarding Jacob Wooley, born about 1847 in Allen County, KY. He was a private serving under my gr gr grandfather, Captain David C. Ruff. I would be glad to mail it to anyone who identifies themselves as an ancestor.
